In order to comprehensively, accurately, objectively and scientifically reflect the actual situation of students in school, implement the party's educational policy, and realize the purpose of cultivating compound talents with innovative spirit and practical ability in higher education, this document is formulated in accordance with the spirit of "higher education law" and "Regulations on the management of students in ordinary colleges and universities" and in combination with the relevant regulations on the management of students in our university and college in our province detailed rules and regulations.

1、 Total score and composition

Total score = professional comprehensive score + comprehensive quality score

Among them, professional comprehensive accounted for 70% of the total score, comprehensive quality accounted for 30% of the total score.

2、 Professional achievements

Professional achievement = ∑ (compulsory course achievement × credit + restricted course achievement × credit) / (total credit of compulsory course + restricted course)

3、 Comprehensive quality

Comprehensive quality is divided into basic score, job score, activity and award-winning score and other scores.

1. Basic score: (10 points)

1. Basic score requirements:

(1) Adhere to the four cardinal principles, earnestly implement the party's basic line, principles and policies, care about current affairs, and actively participate in political study and various political activities;

(2) Have good moral quality, care for students, respect teachers, be willing to help others, and take good care of public property;

(3) Consciously abide by national laws and regulations, school rules and disciplines, and dare to fight against all bad behaviors;

(4) Love labor and actively participate in public welfare activities inside and outside the school;

2. Point deduction

(1) For those who have not been punished in this academic year, 2 points will be deducted each time; for those who have been punished (regardless of the level of punishment), they will be disqualified from the first prize evaluation and the national scholarship;

(2) 1 point will be deducted for one class hour of unexplained absenteeism and 0.5 point will be deducted for each time of being late;

(3) For group activities, grade meetings, etc. that all participants are required to attend, 0.5 point will be deducted for each time of absence without reason;

The above items can be deducted repeatedly until the deduction is finished.

2. Position: (1 point)

1. The presidium members of the student union, the Deputy Secretary of the student union committee, the chairman of the student union, the grade leader and the League branch secretary of the grade will be given 1 point, and the vice chairman of the student union will be given 0.9 point;

2. 0.8 points will be added for class leaders, League branch secretaries, student union ministers and association presidents;

3. 6 points for the Vice Minister of student union, 0.5 points for other class cadres, League branch cadres, team leader of college basketball team and vice president of association;

4. 4 points for members of the student union and 0.2 points for the head of the dormitory;

If one person holds more than one post, the highest score of the post shall be obtained, and no points shall be added repeatedly; if one person is unable to perform the post duties, has major dereliction of duty and causes serious consequences, no points shall be added.

3. Activities and awards: (15 points)

1. To participate in professional skills competition, Challenge Cup competition and mathematical modeling, we have won 5 points of national first prize, 3 points of second prize, 2.5 points of third prize and 1 point of excellent prize; 2 points of provincial first prize, 1.5 points of second prize and 1 point of third prize; 0.8 points of school first prize, 0.5 points of second prize and 0.3 points of third prize;

2. In the National College English competition and higher mathematics competition, the national first prize plus 3 points, the second prize plus 2 points, and the third prize plus 1.5 points; the provincial first prize plus 1 point, the second prize plus 0.8 points, and the third prize plus 0.5 points; the university special prize plus 0.5 points, the first prize plus 0.4 points, the second prize plus 0.3 points, and the third prize plus 0.2 points;

3. 0.5 points will be added for participating in the summer social practice projects organized at or above the school level, and 0.3 points will be added for participating in the social practice projects at or above the school level or being commended at or above the school level;

4. At or above the college level (including college level) related speech, debate contest, knowledge contest, campus singer contest, host contest, reading and essay activity, image design contest, dormitory culture festival, science and technology knowledge contest, basketball and volleyball match, football match, sports meeting and other cultural and sports activities, the college level award plus 0.3 points, the college level award plus 0.2 points; at or above the college level activities, participate in more than three times 0.2 points will be added if there is no prize, and 0.3 points will be added if there are more than five prizes. (for those who have not won the prize in the university or college level activities, a certificate with the official seal of the organizer shall be provided.)

5. 0.5 points will be added for participating in the innovative experiment plan of college students, and this item will not be added repeatedly;

6. 0.2 points will be added for attending the orientation party and performing programs;

IV others (4 points)

1. 0.5 points will be added for the published papers of CN and above majors in the journal, subject to the original;

2. 0.3 points will be added for non professional works published on newspapers, magazines and publicity websites at municipal level or above, and 0.2 points will be added for non professional works published on university newspapers, magazines and publicity websites;

3. 3 points for CET-6, 0.2 points for CET-4, 0.1 points for CET-2 or above, 0.1 points for Putonghua class-2 or above;

4. For the youth network civilization volunteers who have passed the workload audit, 0.1 point will be added; for those who have submitted to the hospital website, wechat public account and other network publicity platforms of our hospital, 0.1 point will be added; for those who have not passed the audit, no point will be added. 0.3 points will be added for outstanding individuals and working groups.

Note: all kinds of awards shall be subject to the certificate; all kinds of certificates, papers and works involving the time of publication shall be recognized in the current academic year, and points shall not be added across the academic year. The outstanding issues shall be explained by the leading group of student affairs of the college.
