According to the requirements of "forwarding the notice of the Ministry of education on making preparations for the 10th National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship annual meeting" issued by the Department of education, the internal department of our university now selects the projects to participate in the 10th National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship annual meeting. According to the document requirements, colleges are requested to recommend high-level project achievements to participate in the selection. The specific requirements are as follows:

1、 Scope of election

The National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program has been set up.

2、 Form of recommended achievements

1. Academic papers:

a. It must be a published article, and the journal level is Peking University Chinese core (or above).

b. The signature of the first author must be a student of the project team.

c. See Annex 2 and Annex 6 for other specific requirements.

2. Exhibition items:

a. The exhibition items are mainly on display boards.

b. Priority should be given to the projects with strong innovation, high practical value, remarkable achievements and high level awards.

c. The exhibition board should have a prominent theme, which can show the innovation and highlights of the project, with simple content, standardized graphics and good effect.

d. See Annex 6 for other specific requirements.

3、 Number of recommended achievements

According to their own situation, each college can recommend 1-2 academic papers, or 1-2 projects, or both.

4、 Recommended material requirements

1. Submission content:

(1) The original of the academic paper + Annex 1 - recommendation form for academic papers of the 10th National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship annual meeting, in triplicate with the official seal of the college;

(2) Exhibition board of participating projects + Annex 3 - recommendation form of participating projects of the 10th National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship annual conference, paper version in triplicate with the official seal of the College (only electronic version of the exhibition board of participating projects shall be submitted);

The above paper materials are sent to the practice teaching section of the academic affairs office. For the same version of electronic materials, please name them as "College - serial number - project number (national project number) - project name. Doc" and send them to: hndxsjk@126.com 。

2. Submission time: the above materials should be submitted to the academic affairs office before June 13. If they are overdue, they will be automatically abandoned.

5、 Selection process

The school will organize experts to evaluate the achievements of the projects recommended by the colleges and recommend them to the Education Department of Henan Province. The Provincial Department of education will organize experts to review the projects recommended by each school again, select excellent projects and participate in the 10th National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship annual meeting.

The university will give certain subsidies to the projects selected to participate in the 10th National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship annual meeting.
