2、 Retest method
Online retest mode is adopted for all majors with the help of welink video conference platform. Candidates should download and install the welink software in advance. After receiving the SMS from the welink account, they can log in to the software. The specific operation method of the software is shown in Annex 3. It's a must for candidates.
3、 Materials for examination
(1) Fresh graduates are required to submit electronic materials: nearly a week's front photo, admission card, ID card, student card, signed "letter of commitment for integrity examination" (see Annex 4 for letter of commitment for integrity examination).
(2) Non fresh graduates are required to submit electronic materials: nearly one week's front photo, admission card, ID card, graduation certificate and degree certificate, signed "letter of commitment for integrity examination".
The original of the above materials should be carried on the day of the examination for qualification examination.
4、 Re examination process
1. Check in online on May 25; send the electronic compressed package of qualification examination materials to email address: 929669414@qq.com The file naming format is: major + name + examinee number.
2. On May 26, the formal retest.
The interview process of foreign language and professional knowledge is as follows:
(1) All candidates start to sign in by phone 1 hour before the retest (candidates contact the teachers of research and science office of the college through QQ group), and stop to sign in 20 minutes before the formal retest. When checking in, the video field and equipment should be debugged at the same time, and two devices should log in welink at the same time to ensure the power and network connectivity of the equipment.
(2) After all examinees sign in, the examinee number will be randomly determined by the leader in charge of the college, the discipline inspector, the joint control personnel and the examination organization personnel.
(3) According to the test number, the controller calls the two devices of the candidates one by one into the waiting room at the same time. Only one person can be called at a time. After the candidates enter the waiting room, they will show the original ID card, admission card and other documents as required for qualification examination, and then the teacher will check whether the re examination room and equipment meet the requirements.
(4) Those who have passed the qualification examination of candidates waiting for the examination shall enter the examination venue; the joint control personnel shall enter the next candidate in the order of number to enter the venue waiting for the examination.
(5) Start the second test. The examinees select the test questions, and then conduct the interview of foreign language and professional knowledge questions in turn; the whole process of the test is recorded, and the main personal information such as name, school and so on are not allowed to be disclosed.
(6) At the end of the examination, with the approval of the examiner, the controller will cut the examinee out of the re examination room at the first time, and the re examination is over. At the same time, the next candidate enters the re examination venue.
The professional written examination process is as follows:
(1) Candidates have two computers or mobile phones with cameras. One displays the test questions, and the other must turn on the video function after entering the welink platform. The video adjustment must be completed 20 minutes before the test, and the video picture must be able to display the candidates' answers completely and clearly.
(2) In the process of examination, candidates can not leave the scope of the video screen, and can not contact and communicate with any other personnel except the invigilator. As soon as the examination time arrives, the examinee stops answering the paper immediately.
(3) Use the mobile phone camera to scan or photograph the answers clearly, and name the answer sheet document in the format of "examinee name + examinee number + mobile phone number". Within 10 minutes after the end of the examination, it will be sent to the email address of Research Office of Civil Engineering Institute: hdtjykb@163.com Those who send e-mail after time will be treated as absent from the exam. The submission time is subject to the system time. Candidates are required to keep the traces or records of the submitted materials.

6、 Re examination result evaluation
Academic Postgraduates: re examination score = (professional written test score + professional knowledge interview score) △ 2 × 90% + foreign language test score × 10%;
Professional Postgraduates: re examination score = professional knowledge interview score × 90% + foreign language test score × 10%
Final score = (first test score △ 5) × 55% + second test score × 45%
As long as one of all subjects in the re examination is unqualified, it will not be admitted.
7、 Results publicity and admission
According to the enrollment plan, the college publicizes the re examination results of the candidates in time. For the candidates who have passed the re examination, the paper puts forward the admission suggestions and reports them to the office of the leading group for postgraduate enrollment for examination. After the examination and approval of the University, the list of candidates to be admitted will be publicized by the graduate school.
