After a three-day professional evaluation by the expert group, the feedback meeting of undergraduate education evaluation of architecture major was held in the Museum of history of our college on the morning of May 28. Professor Huang Qiuping, head of the evaluation and inspection expert group of architecture major of Henan University and chief architect of East China Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Professor Shi Lei, Dean of School of architecture and art of Central South University, Professor Fan Yue, Dean of School of architectural planning of Shenzhen University, researcher Fu Shaohui, chief architect of China Aviation planning and Design Institute, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president of our university, School personnel department, academic affairs department, financial department, general affairs department and other functional departments, all team members of civil engineering and Architecture College, teachers and students representatives attended the meeting. Huang Qiuping, on behalf of the expert group, gave feedback on the evaluation and inspection opinions, and made a comprehensive inspection and objective evaluation from the aspects of teaching conditions, teaching management, school running ideas and objectives, students' quality and appearance, the rectification and implementation of the opinions put forward by the last round of inspection group, and the architectural self-evaluation report. In view of the problems existing in the undergraduate education of architecture major in our university, Huang Qiuping put forward the rectification suggestions from the aspects of further strengthening the construction of teachers, improving the construction of curriculum system after enrollment, strengthening the discussion of teaching curriculum content, and further promoting the application and construction of architecture master program. Other experts of the expert group put forward specific opinions and suggestions on giving full play to the advantages of comprehensive universities and historical and cultural resources, further refining the characteristics of disciplines, strengthening foreign exchanges, taking the initiative to go out, improving the talent evaluation system, and strengthening the construction of degree programs.

He pointed out that with a deep understanding of education and architecture, a high degree of responsibility for work and a serious and rigorous business, the experts comprehensively and accurately evaluated the architecture major of our university, especially analyzed the existing problems, pointed out the specific rectification and construction opinions, and pointed out the development direction for the next construction of architecture major of Henan University.
